homes and condos. Simply put, the previous owners
could make the payments. As a result the home is
offered for sale at an auction. If no one buys
it there the bank takes full ownership after a six
month redemption period. These
foreclosed homes are typically 66% of the value.
Many times higher!
FHA (Federal Housing Association) also owns
homes and condos. These foreclosures are
sold in the form of a HUD home. HUD
homes are simply houses that were foreclosed on
because the previous owners had a FHA mortgage that
went into default.
I will list land contract homes that are for
sale in
Oakland County. These are homes that are owned
free and clear of any mortgages. The seller will give
you a mortgage instead of a bank. For more information
